Shipping & Delivery Information outside the Netherlands
We take the delivery of your order extremely seriously and as such work very closely with TNT, one of Europe's largest carriers, which offer a competitive 3-7 working day time frame.
We offer full traceability for your orders from point of shipping through to delivery. You will receive an email immediately once we ship the orders from our Warehouse, showing you when you can expect delivery of your order and a link through to the tracking system where you will be able to see the progress of your delivery.
Our website is only avaliable in Dutch, to order our products you follow the next steps;
- Put any product you want to buy in your shopping basket (voeg toe aan winkelwagen)
- Choose the option "vooraf overmaken" to pay by bank-transfer.
- Choose your country (versturen naar) the system will automatically calculate the right shipping cost.
- Ready? then push the button "bestelling afonden"
- On the next page choose male/female (man/vrouw) and fill in your name (naam), e-mail, Zip-code (postcode), housenumber (huisnummer) street (straat) and city (woonplaats).
- Finish the order bij clicking on the "bestelling afronden" button.
- Checkmark the terms en conditions (algemene voorwaarden) and click on the "bestelling bevestigen" button.
- You will receive an e-mail to confirm your order, in this mail you will also find our bank details for outside the Netherlands;
- Your order will be shipped right after we receive your payment.
